Li Jin

Born in Tianjin, China in 1958. He graduated from the Chinese Painting Department of the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts in 1983 and served as Associate Professor of the Chinese Painting Department of the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts until 2018. Since 1985, his works have been exhibited in the United States, Germany, Britain, Sweden, Austria, Hangzhou, Jinan, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia and other parts of the world, including the China Art Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Boston Art Museum, Seattle Art Museum, Today Art Museum, Melbourne University Ian Porter Art Museum and many other art institutions. He has also published many books and talks.

He saw the heavenly burial in Tibet in my twenties. People are born to eat everything, while after their death, bald eagles will feed on their body. This world is full of eating, multiplying, fighting. However, people will just return to the earth, in spite of their richness, poverty, joys, and sorrows.
